Від трансферу технологій до трансферу знань та валоризації знань: еволюція підходів до використання результатів досліджень наукових організацій та університетів в ЄС

Досліджується зміна політики ЄС щодо використання знань науковими організаціями та університетами. Зазначається, що у 1990- початку 2000 рр. ключовим напрямком був трансфер технологій, що ототожнювався з комерціалізацією результатів досліджень. У 2007-2008 рр. політика ЄС розширилася до концепції трансферу знань, яка охоплювала крім комерціалізації також і поширення знань, у тому числі через відкритий доступ. У 2022-2024 рр. ці тенденції набули подальшого розвитку у вигляді інтегрованої концепції валоризації знань, яка підкреслює не лише економічну, але й соціальну цінність знань для суспільства в цілому. Вказується на актуальність запровадження системи заходів в Україні з імплементації документів ЄС щодо валоризації знань на рівнях державних органів, наукових організацій та ЗВО, інших осіб, які беруть участь у валоризації знань.
