Анотація

Стаття пропонує методологічну схему побудови цифрової  юрисдикції на основі модульного підходу, який дозволяє інтегрувати її до системи національного та міжнародного права. Особливу увагу приділено інституційним і процедурним компонентам — цифровим судам, омбудсменам, транскордонному арбітражу, а також принципам алгоритмічної легітимності та етико-центричного управління. Цифрова юрисдикція інтерпретується як інструмент цивілізаційної адаптації права до доби Web 4.0, блокчейн-юридичних протоколів і штучного інтелекту.

Це дослідження не лише систематизує напрацьовану теорію, а й пропонує концептуальний зсув від декларативного рівня до моделювання операційної правової системи майбутнього, відкриваючи перспективи створення цифрових кодексів, реєстрів і міжнародних нормативних платформ.
