Новели законодавства Європейського Союзу щодо відповідальності постачальників посередницьких послуг у мережі Інтернет

У статті висвітлено новели юридичної відповідальності постачальників посередницьких послуг в мережі Інтернет, запроваджені новітнім законодавством Європейського Союзу. Досліджено зміни в концепції та умовах притягнення і звільнення від відповідальності Інтернет-посередників за дії користувачів посередницьких послуг і шкоду, задану внаслідок надання таких послуг. Означені конкретні реформи, запроваджені Актом про цифрові послуги Європейського Союзу. Окреслені нововведення в інших нормативно-правових актах Європейського Союзу, що регулюють правовідносини за участю певних видів постачальників посередницьких послуг.
