Визначення терміну “штучний інтелект”

Застосування технологій штучного інтелекту стрімко поширюються у всіх сферах соціальної активності завдяки їх суттєвому впливу на підвищення ефективності будь-якої людської діяльності. Проблематика досліджень у сфері штучного інтелекту є мультидисціплінарною, що призвело до появи та використання різних варіантів визначень його термінів. Відсутність консенсусної дефініції терміну “штучний інтелект” суттєво гальмує розвиток власне технологій штучного інтелекту, а також впровадження в різних галузях та їх транскордонне застосування. Крім того, це зумовлює особливі складнощі при формуванні правових засад регулювання різноманітних суспільних відносин, реалізація яких пов’язана із штучним інтелектом.
В статті обґрунтовується мультидисциплінарний підхід до формування дефініції терміну “штучний інтелект” та пропонується максимально універсальний варіант такого визначення.
