Анотація

Аналізується природа виникнення необхідності впровадження використання комп’ютерів, впровадження цифрових технологій та проведення цифрових трансформацій. Пропонується розглядати цифрову трансформацію відповіддю на цивілізаційні виклики, сутність яких зводиться до існування цивілізаційних когнітивних протиріч людства. Саме наявність цивілізаційних когнітивних протиріч є причиною системного прийняття неправильних рішень, накопичення яких є джерелом деградації цивілізації. Сформовано розуміння цивілізаційної місії цифрової трансформації.
