Цифрова людина з точки зору загальної та інформаційної безпеки: філософський та кримінально-правовий аспект

В статті розглядається вплив на сучасну доктрину кримінального права (в частині визначення суб’єкта правовідносин, суб’єкта злочину, обтяжуючих або кваліфікуючих обставин) та загальну інформаційну безпеку з боку революційних винаходів в сфері біоінженерії, створення неорганічної форми життя та(або) живих істот, які поєднують органіку з неорганікою. Пропонується іменувати істоту, наступну за Homo sapiens, як Homo numeralis (або Homo digitalis, або Homo horologium) – “людиною цифровою”.
